Cooking instructions
• In a saucepan add all of the ingredients (other than stock, salt & pepper, parsley and single cream).
• Add in the stock and cook until the vegetables are soft.
• Blend until smooth.
• Add in the parsley and stir through.
• Take soup off the heat add in the cream and season to taste.
