Lentil & Smoked Bacon
Our cooks have packed this soup full of plump red and green lentils, there to absorb all the flavours of smoked bacon, tender vegetables, oak-smoked garlic, thyme and ground bay leaf. In fact (or maybe just in soup legend), it ’s said to be so jam-packed that with the right bowl and the wind in the right direction; you can stick a spoon in upright and leave it to stand.

Water, red split lentils (7%), plum tomatoes, green lentils (5.5%), smoked bacon (5%), onions, carrots, spinach, celery, wheatflour, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, oak-smoked garlic, thyme, English mustard, black pepper, paprika, ground bay leaf.
