Thai Chicken
This recipe was crafted by our new kid in the kitchen, John, and his love of South-East Asian cuisine. He’s created an authentic taste of Thailand’s Tom Kha Gai (chicken soup) to tantalise your taste buds; savoury, succulent chicken delicately balanced with lime leaf, lemongrass and aromatic coconut – our very best Far Eastern fusion.
