
Soup of the Month
If you like Kedgeree, you'll love our Kedgeree soup. Flaked, Atlantic smoked haddock cooked with long grain rice, onions and herbs; then flavoured with delicate curry spices. As we use un-dyed haddock, the warm yellow colouring comes from our use of authentic turmeric. It's traditionally garnished with chopped, hard boiled eggs - so feel free to add your own!
Ingredients:
Water, potatoes, onions, long grain rice (5%), smoked haddock fish fillets (5%), cream, butter, salt, mild curry powder (0.2%), lemon juice, chives, parsley, turmeric, black pepper. Mild curry powder contains; turmeric, coriander, mustard powder, onion powder, chilli powder, cumin, ground black pepper, ground fenugreek, salt, garlic powder. (Although all care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain).
